Introduction to easy Ballroom course Thursday 12.55-13.55pm. Discover the basics in the essential dances.
You will need to register inadvance.
Weekly Tea Dance every Thursday 2.00pm
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea dancing at the same time supporting a local charity. Tea, coffee, orange and biscuits
are served during the interval whilst you relax and enjoy the company of the other friendly Tea Dancers. All for just £2.50
for members and £3 for non members.
The Bedford Guild House is a registered charity which provides a wide range of activities for people over 50 years.
